Terms and Conditions
I. SUBJECT MATTER
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NERI KARRA Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the “SUPPLIER”, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as the “CONSUMERS”, of the online store available at www.nerikarra.bg, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
The online store offers original accessories and products made of genuine leather under the Neri Karra brand.
The main characteristics, prices, materials and other product details are specified on the page of each individual product.
IV. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The Consumer places an order through the interface of the Website.
By completing the order, the Consumer confirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
The sales contract shall be considered concluded from the moment the Supplier confirms the order by email or telephone.
V. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices displayed on the Website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
For the maximum security and convenience of our customers in Bulgaria, in addition to online payment, we also offer Cash on Delivery, payable in cash or by card to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
VI. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made throughout Bulgaria via the courier companies Econt and Speedy, as well as through BoxNow where the order has been paid online in advance.
The Consumer may choose delivery:
To a residential or business address;
To an Econt or Speedy office;
To an automated parcel locker or automated postal station operated by the selected courier.
The standard delivery period is between 1 and 3 business days, unless a different delivery period is specified on the relevant product page.
VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, with the packaging intact and accompanied by all labels and documents, including the receipt or invoice.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect or where an incorrect product has been delivered.
VIII. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
All Neri Karra products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity of the goods with the sales contract.
As a brand committed to uncompromising quality, we also provide additional servicing for our products in accordance with the brand’s internal policy, as described in the “Leather Care” section.
IX. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Supplier takes all necessary measures to protect the Consumers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
The personal data collected shall be used solely for the processing and delivery of orders.
